Lisa A. Alzo, M.F.A., is a freelance writer, instructor, and internationally recognized lecturer, specializing in Eastern European research and writing your family history She is the author of eleven books and hundreds of magazine articles.

Shannon Combs-Bennett (QG, MSc, PLCGS) is an award-winning author and genealogical researcher based in Northern Virginia. She lectures and writes on various topics, from genealogical methodology to genetic genealogy. Shannon holds a BS in Biology with an emphasis in genetics and an MSc in Genealogical, Heraldic, and Paleographic Studies. She also earned her Professional Learning Certificate in Genealogical Studies from the National Institute for Genealogical Studies. Currently, Shannon is a doctoral student in History and Genealogical Studies at the University of Strathclyde.

Kirsty Gray is one of the UK’s leading genealogists and is a People Finder and Heir Tracer running her own company, Family Wise Limited since 2012 (ThePeopleTracer on Twitter). She is a family and local historian with two one-place studies in Devon (Luffincott and Tetcott) and a worldwide surname study on the Sillifant surname.
Kirsty is an innovator in the field of genealogy. She is a founder member and Chair of The Surname Society and of the Society for One-Place Studies as well as Show Director for THE Genealogy Show. She is also a member of various societies including the Devon Family History Society, Hampshire Genealogical Society and West Middlesex Family History Society.
Kirsty has been featured on various TV and radio shows with highlights being her appearance on Qui-Etes Vous? (Who Do You Think You Are?) in Canada and BBC1’s Family Finders in the UK.

Cairenn Binder an investigative genetic genealogist and educator living in Westchester County, New York. She is a founding partner of Coast to Coast Genetic Genealogy Services, the Director of the IGG Certificate Program at Ramapo College of New Jersey and the Director of Education at DNA Doe Project.
Cairenn is among the most experienced practitioners of IGG, having applied the practice to unidentified remains at DNA Doe Project since 2018. She values practitioner transparency and ethics in IGG, in hopes that the practice will enduringly be used to seek justice for victims, the wrongfully convicted, and the unidentified.
